The Bread Open-Air Museum in Ustronie Morskie is a building styled as a 19th-century cottage, where you can see bread baking in a 120-year-old bread oven and taste traditional bread according to old recipes. You can bake your own bread here, see antique baking tools (grindstones, butter churns, slicers), and participate in workshops. Note - guest reviews are quite divided, especially regarding the quality of dishes offered in the gastronomy section.
