§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we inform you that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
   2. handling inquiries (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR),
   3. consideration of complaints and claims (art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving the quality of provided services – requesting to fill out a survey or answer several questions regarding the quality of provided services (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR),
   7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)
