Wpłacony zadatek w przypadku rezygnacji z pobytu, nie podlega zwrotowi. Jednorazowa zmiana terminu pobytu, na 45 dni przed przyjazdem, jest możliwa bez straty zadatku z możliwością przesunięcia pobytu o kolejne 12 miesięcy. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po tym terminie lub nie pojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu obiekt obciąży gościa za 30% wartości rezerwacji. Brak wpłaty zadatku jest równoznaczny z anulacją rezerwacji. W przypadku skrócenia pobytu w czasie jego trwania obowiązuje odpłatność za zarezerwowaną długość pobytu.
